Watercolor Painting of A Fall Wedding Ceremony in the Mountains

This couple made me feel so welcome at their small, elegant wedding ceremony in a wooded setting in the countryside. In the woodland setting under the lovely floral arbors, you can feel the joy and excitement not only of the bride and groom, but of their close friends who really give the painting a sense of community and love. The small wedding party were so easy-going. The faux-fur wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses were very satisfying to render in watercolor. When I pulled the couple aside at the end of the evening to unveil the finished artwork, they were thrilled with the result.
